Are you looking to get all of your student athletes’ information in front of college coaches at a showcase or tournament? We have an easy solution - printable rosters!!

SportsRecruits gives you the ability to create a PDF of your SportsRecruits rosters right from your administrative profile - In both single or multi page options. These PDFs can be easily printed out so that you have a hard copy for staff or for college coaches on the sidelines of your next event.

The printable rosters feature is built out for teams headed to an event because we know that some college coaches prefer hard copies of rosters.  If you’re looking to print out your teams just to have on a rainy day, all you have to do is create a fake event.

Follow these quick steps to create that event and generate a PDF of your SportsRecruits rosters:

• Head to your Organization tab on the top toolbar, denoted by either "Club" or "High School"
• Then click “Events” in the left-hand toolbar
• If no events exist yet, here's how to Add Your Team's Events
• Once the Event is logged and a team is assigned to it, click “Edit” to the right of the event name
• From the dropdown, select “Print Event Rosters”
• Here you’ll see two options "Multi-Page" and "Single- Page"
  • On the multi-page option, you'll see student-athlete information that is automatically included, then fields that you can uncheck to have them removed from the PDF
  • The single-page option is not customizable, but  includes all the pertinent student-athlete information
• Once you've chosen a format, click “Generate PDF”

If a student-athlete is playing with a different team for one specific tournament and you’d like them to be on the roster print out, you’ll just have to assign that student-athlete to that team before generating the PDF. Here’s a quick article on Assigning Student-Athletes to a Team.
