Two types of Staff Users:

Admin - Director/Recruiting Coordinator
- Can oversee all athletes within your organization
- Can add/remove any student-athlete or staff member
- Control the capabilities and visibility they would like any organization staff member to have
- Their name appears on every student-athlete's profile as a point of contact

Coach
- Can manage only athletes on their team(s), meaning the teams they are assigned to on the platform
- Can add new or remove student-athletes to/from the team(s) they are assigned to
- Note: Student-athletes who are currently assigned to a different team on the organization's roster cannot be added to a different team by a Coach. Reach out to an Admin or teams@sportsrecruits.com for assistance with these edits.
- Are able to provide recruiting assistance (tagging, linking, etc.) to student-athletes on their specific team
- Their name only appears on the profiles of student-athletes that are assigned to their specific team as a point of contact
- Can manage only athletes on their team(s), meaning the teams they are assigned to on the platform
Staff Visibility:
Regardless of access type, all organization staff will be able to control where their name appears as a point of contact by clicking "Profile" on the top toolbar. This page gives you three profile visibility options:

Everywhere: Staff member will appear on your organization's storefront as well as on the individual profiles of student-athletes that they are assigned to

Storefront: Staff member only appears on the organization's storefront, not on any student-athlete's profiles

Hidden: Staff member does not appear on the organization's storefront nor any student-athlete profiles, but they will still have access to see activity based on their access type
