If one of your student-athletes cannot find, or never received their SportsRecruits activation email, this article provides a few quick fixes to get them right into their account!
Occasionally that welcome email finds its way into the athlete's spam/junk folder, so tell the family to double check there first. If it can't be found there, you can follow these steps as an Admin or the Coach of that particular athlete's team in order to help them access their account.
- Double check the athlete's contact info is correct in your "Athletes" page under Organization
- You can use the blue settings wheel to the right of any athlete's name to see the email address attached to their account

If the email address is correct, you can use that same blue settings wheel to 'Send that Athlete a Message'

Sending this message would give that athlete a notification to the email that they have attached to their account, allowing them to log right into SportsRecruits

If the athlete's email is incorrect or misspelled, then we need to make sure that their contact information is updated so that they can access their account and directly receive future SportsRecruits correspondence.
- Log in as that athlete, again using the blue settings wheel next to their name
- Then you can use this article to Update Athlete Contact Information
