Upon signing a SportsRecruits contract, you will be introduced to your very own Customer Success Manager (CSM). This CSM will hold your hand through the activation and on-boarding process.

I’ve signed a contract to provide my club or school with SportsRecruits, what next?

First, it is important to officially introduce the platform to your student-athletes and their families. This is crucial so they know that they will soon gain access to SportsRecruits, their new college recruiting website, through your club or high school. As soon as you provide your CSM with your rosters, SportsRecruits will send each of your student-athletes a welcome email. The welcome email contains an activation link, which allows your student-athletes to set a password and gives them full access to set up their recruiting profile. Below the asterisks is a “priming email,” which you can copy and send to your families to notify them of our integration.

If a student-athlete misses their welcome email or has any trouble accessing their account, don’t worry! Our help team is able to provide them with their account activation link - they can be reached via email at help@sportsrecruits.com.

In the next few days, you will receive an email from SportsRecruits, at the email address you provided to us, to activate your account.

Please keep an eye out for this email as this will walk you through your account activation. Since we are providing this to you as an organization, please do NOT sign up for a ‘Free’ account on www.sportsrecruits.com.

The first thing I need each of you to do when you hear from SportsRecruits is to complete your player profile. Make sure that you’re highlighting all of your academic and athletic achievements. Good news for you is it only takes a few minutes!
