SportsRecruits is a college recruiting platform built to streamline the recruiting process for both student-athletes and college coaches. The platform provides college coaches with free, comprehensive access to a database of prospective student-athletes, along with powerful discovery and evaluation tools to efficiently identify and connect with recruits who are the right fit for their programs.

Once logged in, you'll have access to powerful recruiting tools designed to help you discover and evaluate talent:

Discover Feed - Search our complete database of student-athletes in your sport using filters for interest in your program, video availability, graduation year, position, academics, and location. View essential recruiting information on title cards, explore detailed profiles, and Follow athletes who match your needs or Hide those who don't fit.

College Preference Filters -Find student-athletes based on their academic, athletic, geographic, and social preferences. Filter by athletes interested in your division level, majors offered at your institution, or institutional characteristics like faith-based education, HBCUs, or women's colleges. These filters help you connect with recruits who are genuinely interested in what your program offers.

Roster Needs - Create and publish specific roster needs by defining positions, academic criteria (GPA, test scores), and athletic requirements (height, weight, hand dominance) for upcoming class years. Published needs become visible to student-athletes, helping them understand if they're a good fit before reaching out.

Track Athletes You're Recruiting - Use the Follow feature to keep track of athletes you're actively recruiting throughout their recruiting years and as they attend events. Followed athletes appear in your "My Recruits" tab and within the EventBeacon app. When you attend an EventBeacon-powered event, you can filter by your Followed athletes to add them to your Watchlist or customize a game schedule. You can also export your Follows as a CSV file that integrates with popular CRM systems like FrontRush, JumpForward, or ARMs. The following article outlines the steps to Upload Followed Athlete Data into your Recruiting Software.

Managing Your Program Profile

To see how student-athletes view your program, click on the Profile tab in your top toolbar, then select "Preview" from the left menu. The information displayed is imported from factually verified external sources.
