Can I download the app on an Android smartphone or tablet?
Currently, the SportsRecruits mobile app is only available for iOS devices through the Apple App Store. We recognize that many student-athletes and families use Android phones, so expanding access is a key part of our future roadmap. While we don’t have a release date just yet, we’ll be sure to announce updates once we begin development for Android.
Why can’t I log into the app?
There are a few reasons why you might be having trouble logging into the SportsRecruits app. First, make sure you're using the correct email address associated with an active Pro account. Only users with Pro access can log into the mobile app.
Next, double-check your password. If you’re unsure, you can use the "Forgot Password" option to reset it. If you’ve confirmed that your email and password are correct and you're still experiencing issues, there could be a technical glitch. In that case, reach out to our support team, help@sportsrecruits.com, so we can help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Can I create a pinned playlist or highlight reel in the app?
Currently, creating pinned playlists or highlight reels is only available on larger devices like laptops or desktops to provide a better editing experience. While you can still view playlists or a highlight reel in the app, any pinning or editing must be done via the desktop platform.
Can I upload or embed videos in the app?
Yes, you can upload videos directly from your phone into your SportsRecruits account using the app. This makes it easy to add new footage on the go, whether you're coming right off the field or reviewing clips from your phone. Once uploaded, the videos will appear in your profile and can be further managed from your desktop.
Can I cancel my subscription in the app?
No, subscription management—including cancellations or upgrades—needs to be handled through your web browser. The app is designed to help you access your recruiting tools quickly and easily, but account changes must still be made from the desktop version of SportsRecruits.
Can I update my profile in the app?
Yes! You can make updates to your profile directly within the mobile app. This includes editing personal information, academic details, and adding or modifying content that appears in your profile. It’s a great way to make quick changes without needing to log into a computer.
Can I connect my Balltime or SidelineHD videos in the app?
You can connect external video sources like BallTime and SidelineHD in the app, but we highly recommend doing this from a desktop. While it’s technically possible on mobile, the desktop interface offers a smoother experience when linking accounts or managing integrations.
