The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association, referred to as the IWLCA, is a membership-led, professional association representing the nation’s intercollegiate women’s lacrosse coaches. These college coaches within women's lacrosse span Division I, II & III of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
Currently, there are over 550 institutional members and over 1,200 collegiate coaches at NCAA Division I, Division II, Division III, and NAIA programs. The IWLCA is a 501c(3) nonprofit educational organization.
The IWLCA's mission is to cultivate the growth of and to promote excellence in intercollegiate women’s lacrosse - Coined as "the keepers of the college game and the visionaries or tomorrow's leaders," the IWLCA is committed to building a strong network of peer coaches across divisions and through the world to showcase the best in women's lacrosse.

We understand that the college recruiting process can be stressful. Through IWLCARecruits, women’s lacrosse athletes are able to navigate the recruiting process with exceptional ease.
