As an integrated organization on SportsRecruits, directors, coaches, and recruiting coordinators are able to blast message all of their student-athletes who are affiliated with their SportsRecruits account. Here you are able to contact all of your student-athletes using the built-in messaging system to inform them of what they need to be doing to attack their recruiting process, announce events, or inform athletes and parents of new practice schedules/changes.

Blast Messaging All Student-Athletes:

1. Navigate to the "Messages" tab in the toolbar

2. Click "Compose"

3. In the "To:" Field, type in "All Athletes" or a specific team

• Be sure to include the Club Staff members you would like CC'd on the Message

4. Type in a Subject

5. Type your message to the athlete

6. And click "Send"

• This will send a notification to every email address on the student-athlete’s accounts (including parents) saying that you just sent them a message on SportsRecruits, encouraging them to login and check it out!
