Having trouble logging in?
- Search all family email accounts (parents/athlete) for your activation email. This email provides you the information you need to set up your profile.
- Check the spam folder.
- You can search search the following phrases in your email account: “Welcome! Your SportsRecruits Account is Waiting!” or “Welcome to SportsRecruits! Your New Member Checklist Is Waiting”.
- Once you find this email, you will click the link to activate your account!
If your club has integrated onto the platform and you don’t have an email, reach out to your club coach or submit a ticket to our help desk. A Club staff member has a document with your on-boarding link. Below is a sample email to shoot to your club director asking for this link.
You mentioned setting up our SportsRecruits profiles. However, I cannot locate an email from SportsRecruits with my account information. The SportsRecruits help desk says club directors have access to my on-boarding link. When you have a minute could you look into this? I’m so excited to start being smart about my recruiting experience!

If you cannot find the email or need more assistance with the activation, submit a request to our help desk. You can do this by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A representative will answer back to help you get everything set up.
