Having trouble logging in? Follow the troubleshooting steps below to help access your account.
Did you receive an email from SportsRecruits?
- Search all family email addresses (guardians/athlete) for your activation email. This email provides you with the information you need to set up your profile.
- Check your spam folder.
- You can search the following phrases in your email account: “Welcome! Your SportsRecruits Account is Waiting!” or “Welcome to SportsRecruits! Your New Member Checklist Is Waiting”.
- Once you find this email, click the link to activate your account!
Does your club/high school program use SportsRecruits?
If your organization has integrated into the platform and you have not received an email, reach out to your coach or submit a ticket to our help desk. An organization staff member should have a document with your onboarding link. Below is a sample email to send to your club director asking for this link.
Hi Coach,
You mentioned setting up our SportsRecruits profiles. However, I cannot locate an email from SportsRecruits with my account information. The SportsRecruits help desk says club directors have access to my onboarding link. When you have a minute could you look into this? I’m so excited to get started with my SportsRecruits profile!

If you cannot find the email or need more assistance with the activation, submit a request to our help desk. You can do this by sending an email to help@sportsrecruits.com. A representative will respond with your next steps.
Forgot Password?

If you do not receive the "reset link" to your email, your email has not been onboarded. You can access your onboarding link in an email that is sent when your account is originally created or contact the Customer Success team to re-sent this link. They can be contacted athelp@sportsrecruits.com.
Error Message?
If you experience an error message while trying to access your account, check the web browser you are using. If you are using Internet Explorer, that might be the issue. Microsoft no longer supports Internet Explorer as a browser and it has not been updated in the last couple of years. You may be having similar issues with websites like Facebook and YouTube when using Internet Explorer as a result of this. We want to make sure that you are on a more secure browser and that you have the best experience with SportsRecruits possible. We recommend switching to Chrome, Firefox, and/or Safari for not only SportsRecruits but for all websites. If you are on one of the recommended browsers and are still having issues please make sure you have the most up-to-date software installed and also have cleared your cache/cookies.
