If you are building/updating your athlete profile and the information is not saving, there are two solutions.
After updating your information, hit the "Save" button at the bottom or top of the profile to save the new information. Be sure you are waiting for a green bar to appear at the top of the page indicating the information was saved successfully before redirecting to a different page!
If you are getting the green message, and the information is still not saving to your profile preview, the issue is likely your browser.
If you are using Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, or an outdated version of another browser, that might be the issue. Our system is incompatible with these browsers that have not been updated in a long time. The reason for this is because our platform runs on advanced software that is not supported by older browsers. We recommend using a browser other than explorer, or updating your current browser.
