If you are building/updating your athlete profile and the information is not saving, there are two solutions.
First, make sure you are hitting the "Save" button. After updating your information, hit the "Save" button at the bottom or top of the profile to save the new information. Be sure you are waiting for a green bar to appear at the top of the page indicating the information was saved successfully before redirecting to a different page.
Next, if you are getting the green message, and the information is still not saving to your profile preview, the issue is likely the browser you are using.
If you are using Internet Explorer, that might be the issue. Microsoft no longer supports Internet Explorer as a browser and it has not been updated in the last couple of years. You may be having similar issues with websites like Facebook and YouTube when using Internet Explorer as a result of this. We want to make sure that you are on a more secure browser and that you have the best experience with SportsRecruits possible. We recommend switching to Chrome, Firefox, and/or Safari for not only SportsRecruits but for all websites.
If you are on one of the recommended browsers and are still having issues please make sure you have the most up-to-date software installed and also have cleared your cache/cookies.
