Forgot Your Password or Can't Log In?

You can reset your password or get a one-time login link from the SportsRecruits login page.

How Do I Reset My Password?

1. Go to sportsrecruits.com and click Log In.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Click Reset my password.
4. Check your inbox for the reset link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

If someone else in your family can log in, they can reset your password for you. Go to Profile, click Edit, choose My Family, and click Reset Password next to your email.

How Do I Get a Login Link Instead?

1. On the login page, enter your email address.
2. Click Send Me a Link.
3. Open the email and click the link. You'll be logged in automatically.

The link only works once and doesn't change your password. Once you're in, you can set a new password from My Family.

Didn't Get the Email?

If the reset email or login link doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first. If it's still not there, the account may not be activated yet. See Didn't Get Your SportsRecruits Activation Email?, or email help@sportsrecruits.com with the student-athlete's full name, email address, and sport.

Seeing an Error or the Page Won't Load?

Use a current version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari, and clear your cache and cookies. If the problem continues, email help@sportsrecruits.com.
