Welcome to the team! Now that you're officially ready to get started on IMLCARecruits, communication about next steps is important so that your student-athletes and their families fully understand the asset that you're providing them. 

I’ve signed an agreement to gain access to IMLCARecruits, now what?

Before we set anything up, it is important to officially introduce the platform to your student-athletes and their families. This is crucial so they know that they will soon gain access to IMLCARecruits, their new college recruiting website, through your club or high school. As soon as you provide your CSM with your rosters, each of your student-athletes will receive a "Welcome to IMLCARecruits" email. The welcome email contains an activation link, which allows your student-athletes to set a password and gives them full access to set up their recruiting profile. Below is a “priming email,” which you can copy and send to your families to notify them of our integration.

If a student-athlete misses their welcome email or has any trouble accessing their account, don’t worry! Our help team is able to provide them with their account activation link - they can be reached via email at help@sportsrecruits.com.

Hi Players + Parents,

We are excited to announce that as a member of our organization, you will now be provided a Pro Account on IMLCARecruits! IMLCARecruits is the software platform behind our organization’s recruiting process and is endorsed by the Intercollegiate Men's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IMLCA).

We chose IMLCARecruits to ensure that you all have access to best-in-class technology to take control of your recruiting process. The IMLCARecruits platform is powered by SportsRecruits, so to learn more about the capabilities of the platform, check out this quick 5-minute video: Platform Overview - Why SportsRecruits. Film from any IMLCA sanctioned events that we attend, listed on that IMLCARecruits film access page, will automatically be included in this membership, at no additional cost.

In the next few days, you will receive an email from IMLCARecruits directly in order to activate your account. Please keep an eye out for this email as this will grant you full access and walk you through your account activation - Because we are providing this to you as an organization, do NOT attempt to sign up for a ‘Free’ or individual account on imlca.sportsrecruits.com OR sportsrecruits.com. 

Reminder for those of you who already have an account with SportsRecruits: everything will transition over to IMLCARecruits without anything needed on your end. You might not receive a welcome email because you are already set up on the platform, but the next time you log in you will see your profile linked to our club's account. If you have any difficulty accessing your previous account or suddenly have multiple accounts set up under your name, please reach out to help@sportsrecruits.com and they will take care of you!

The first thing I need each of you to do once you hear from IMCLARecruits is to log in and start filling out your player profile. Good news for you is it only takes a few minutes!
