Welcome to the team! Now that you're officially ready to get started on IWLCARecruits, communication about next steps is important so that your student-athletes and their families fully understand the asset that you're providing them. 

I’ve signed an agreement to gain access to IWLCARecruits, now what?

Before we set anything up, it is important to officially introduce the platform to your student-athletes and their families. This is crucial so they know that they will soon gain access to IWLCARecruits, their new college recruiting website, through your club or high school. As soon as you provide your CSM with your rosters, each of your student-athletes will receive a "Welcome to IWLCARecruits" email. The welcome email contains an activation link, which allows your student-athletes to set a password and gives them full access to set up their recruiting profile. Below is a “priming email,” which you can copy and send to your families to notify them of our integration.

If a student-athlete misses their welcome email or has any trouble accessing their account, don’t worry! Our help team is able to provide them with their account activation link - they can be reached via email at help@sportsrecruits.com.

We are excited to announce that as a member of our club, you will now have full access to IWLCARecruits! IWLCARecruits is the software platform behind our club’s recruiting process and is endorsed by the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA).

We chose IWLCARecruits to ensure that you all have access to best-in-class technology to take control of your recruiting process. The IWLCARecruits platform is powered by SportsRecruits, so to learn more about the capabilities of the platform, check out this quick 5-minute video: Platform Overview - Why SportsRecruits. Our subscription will also include increased video offerings - SportsRecruits partners with 30+ of the top Recruiting Events across the country. Film from any events that we attend, listed on that IWLCARecruits film access page, will automatically be included in this subscription, at no additional cost.

In the next few days, you will receive an email from IWLCARecruits directly in order to activate and upgrade your account. Please keep an eye out for this email as this will grant you full access and walk you through your account activation - Because we are providing this to you as a club, do NOT attempt to sign up for a free individual account on iwlcarecruits.com OR sportsrecruits.com.

Reminder for those of you who already have an account with IWLCARecruits, you might not receive a welcome email because you are already set up on the platform, but the next time you log in you will see your profile linked to our club's account. If you have any difficulty accessing your previous account or suddenly have multiple accounts set up under your name, please reach out to help@sportsrecruits.com and they will take care of you!

The first thing I need each of you to do once you hear from IWCLARecruits is to log in and start filling out your athlete profile. The good news for you is it only takes a few minutes!
