How to Cancel, Downgrade, or Delete Your Account

You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from My Account. Your account moves to a Free account at the end of your billing cycle, and everything on your profile stays saved.

How Do I Cancel My Pro Subscription?

The steps are the same for monthly and annual subscriptions.

1. Log in to your SportsRecruits account.
2. Click the More tab.
3. Click My Account.
4. Click Manage Subscription.
5. Click Cancel Subscription.
6. Select a cancellation reason.
7. Click Confirm Cancellation.

What Happens After I Cancel?

Your Pro account stays active until the last day of your current billing cycle. After that, your account moves to a Free account, and your card on file isn't charged again. Your profile and information stay saved. If you reactivate Pro later, you pick up right where you left off.

Why Did I Get a Renewal Email?

Pro subscriptions renew automatically. If you're on an annual plan, we email you a reminder 14 days before your subscription renews. Monthly plans renew each month without a reminder email.

To stop your subscription from renewing, cancel it (steps above). You'll keep Pro until the end of your current billing cycle.

How Do I Delete My Account?

Deleting your account removes the student-athlete's account from SportsRecruits. If you only want to stop paying for Pro, cancel your subscription instead (steps above).

To delete your account, email help@sportsrecruits.com and include:

• The student-athlete's full name
• The email address on the account
• The sport

What's the difference between canceling and deleting? Canceling ends your Pro subscription. Your account stays on SportsRecruits as a Free account, and your information is saved. Deleting removes the account completely. Most families who want to stop paying only need to cancel.

Will I be charged after I cancel? No. Your card on file isn't charged after your current billing cycle ends.

Why does my account say my Pro account is about to expire? That message only shows when your Pro access has an end date, usually because your subscription was canceled or because your Pro account came through your club or high school. See Why Is My Pro Account About to Expire?

Can I upgrade to Pro again later? Yes. Your information stays saved. Log in and click Reactivate Pro in the top corner of your account to pick up where you left off.
