We understand that over time you may need to change your email or phone number. This is why we made it easy for you to update this information right from within your account under the "My Family" section of your student-athlete profile. 

How to Add or Remove a Parent/Guardian Email:

1. Click on the "Profile" tab
2. Click "Edit"
3. From the drop-down bar, choose "My Family"
4. You may then edit the name and phone number of the guardian on the account. However, you are unable to edit a guardian email on this page. If you need to change a guardian email on the account you must remove the current guardian email from the account.
5. Once you have removed the guardian email, click the "Add a Guardian and Grant Access" tab and enter the new guardian email you want to be associated with the account. A confirmation email will be sent to the new guardian email asking for the user to create a password.
6. You can also reset the guardian password. Next to the email address, there is a "Reset Password" button. A confirmation email will be sent to the guardian email asking the user to create a new password.

How to Edit the Athlete Email:

1. Click on the "Profile" tab
2. Click "Edit"
3. From the drop-down bar, choose "My Family"
4. You may then edit the name, email address & phone number of the athlete on the account. Only the athlete's email can be edited. 
5. You can also reset the athlete's password. Next to the email address, there is a "Reset Password" button. A confirmation email will be sent to the athlete email asking the user to create a new password.

NOTE: All emails on the account will display on your profile.

Switching Emails in the My Family Section

1. Click on the "Profile" tab
2. Click "Edit"
3. From the drop-down bar, choose "My Family"
4. If the Player Email is in the Parent Guardian Spot, first hit the red Remove button on the right-hand side of that section. 
5. Next, go to the Athlete section, and in the email box area, select it and delete the current email in that area. 
6. Type in the correct email then hit save. *If you are not getting a save button at the bottom you may have an extra space after the .com. 
7. Select Add a Guardian and Grant Access Tab and Re-add the Parent Email in the correct spot.
