Moved from Bradenton to Tampa

Our team was moved from Bradenton to Tampa. Given that it’s a much smaller group of teams playing in Tampa, will recruiters go there? Seems like their time would be better spent in Bradenton where the majority of players will be. Is there a list of colleges that are sending recruiters to Tampa?
