Value of Premium Membership if Coaches can't interact with Athletes until September of Jr. year

We were eager to get a jumpstart on getting my daughter's profile out to the coaching community.  We sent a few messages to coaches with the details of her remaining schedule, as well as summer ID camps and tryouts.  Then we waited . . . . and waited . . . until one coach replied letting us know that recruiting regulations prevent them from engaging with an athlete until September of their junior year.  Therefore, is there value in the Premium membership that I already paid for?
