Once you have completed an evaluation period, you can easily share results, placements and feedback with your athletes. This article will walk you through a step-by-step process of how to do so.

How to Share Feedback with Athletes 

1. Click "Results"

2. Select one event from your list of evaluation events

3. Click "View Results"

4. Scroll down to "Team Placement Detail" and locate the team or group you wish to message. (Note: Players must be placed into teams before you message them. Check out our article on Placements for more information.

5. Click the blue envelope icon next to the group name

6. You will be redirected to the "Message Eval Results" page. 

7. From here, Admins can select groups of athletes to email. This can be based on either an evaluation group or a placement group. You can message entire placement groups or subgroups of athletes.

8. To message groups, type the name of placement(s) below to message only the assigned players instead of all players in this eval.

9. To message subgroups, scroll down to "Message Only Players in Groups" and enter the name of the subgroup.

10. Select the address you would like the athletes to receive a message from in the "From" section. You can send emails from a No-Reply SportsRecruits email address or from your personal email address. In order to send the email from your personal email address, the staff must verify this email.

11. Edit the subject and body of your message. You can also add the outro that is provided, or create one on your own.

12. Select which results, metrics, and notes to share with athletes via email. You can also choose to share the evaluation notes and add the average evaluator ratings. 

13. Once the message is ready to send click “Preview Emails” and then “Send Emails.”

    

Please note that sharing feedback is event-specific. It is not possible to share consolidated feedback from multiple events. An athlete will only be able to receive evaluations, grades, and metrics for one specific event.
