Once an evaluation is completed, you can easily place players into rosters or teams.  These placements can then be shared with your athletes.

Creating Placement Teams

Once your results have been reviewed you can start placing players onto the correct teams within your club. First, you will need to create placement teams or groups. 

1. Click "Placements" 

2. From here, you can update the current names of your placement teams or create new ones. 

   • To edit a placement team name, click inside the box where the current name is listed, under "Existing Placement Teams". Adjust the current name, or enter a new name for this group. When you are finished editing your placement team names, click "Update Placement Names" to save. 
   • To add a new placement team, scroll down to "Create New Placement Teams." Enter the name(s) of the new placement team(s) by typing them into the boxes. When you are finished, click "Add New Placements" to save. The new placement team will now appear in the list of "Existing Placement Teams" above. 

*Note: Similar to groups, placement teams can only be added in increments of 5. If you would like to add more than 5 placement teams, click on "Add another 5" and continue adding placement teams until you reach the desired amount.

Assigning Athletes to Placement Teams

Once your placement teams are created, you can assign athletes to these groups under the "Results" tab. 

1. Click "Results"

2. Select an evaluation by clicking the check box next to the evaluation name. (Note that only admins can assign players to placements and you can only place athletes when 1 singular event is selected.)

3. Click "View Results" 

4. Click the box in the "Placements" column next to each athlete, and select their placement team from the dropdown menu.

Downloading Placements 

Team Placement details will populate in the chart under "TEAM PLACEMENT DETAIL".  You can download results by clicking the blue cloud icon under the table next to "Download Consolidated results."
