After an evaluation is completed, you can easily view, consolidate and download your results. This step is important for helping you determine player placements, and preparing messages to send as feedback to athletes.
Viewing and Sorting Results
-
Click "Results" at the top of the page. You can also click the results grid icon next to the evaluation name. The results page shows the evaluation results for every event that an evaluator has access to.
-
Select your evaluations by checking the box next to the evaluation name. You can select more than one.
-
Click "View Results"
-
Optional: Set your filters under Consolidated Evaluation Results. You can filter by Grad Year, Position, Group and/or Placement.
-
You can click on a column title to sort your results. For example, you can filter by an admin color score to easily view who the highest-rated players are from the evaluations. Additional information on sorting the results table is shown in the key:
Who has access to the results?
Only organization admins have full access to the results page. They are able to assign athletes to placements and are also able to send the results to athletes through email. Non-admins are not able to place athletes or send messages, however they will still have read-only access so they can view the results.
Important Notes:
-
There is no athlete de-duping for evaluation results. Therefore, if the same athlete appears in multiple evaluations, then there will be multiple athlete rows in the results table.
-
The results/evaluations for any given event can be downloaded.
-
For any given event, there is also an upload process where any offline or downloaded notes can be merged with the existing evaluations.
Now that you know how to view and consolidate your results, check out our article on Player Placements!
