This article will go through how to setup an event, followed by the different ways you can get your rosters uploaded to start your evaluations.

How to create evaluation events:

1. Click “Create Evaluation,”
2. Scroll down to “Event Information” and click within the top text box, titled “Event Name”
3. Input the name and the date of your event.
4. Click “Create Evaluations.”

How to Import Players to an evaluation event:

Find the new event you created and click the "pencil" icon to edit the event. You will then need to scroll down to the "Add Players" section to see how to add players to an evaluation event. The following methods are available to add players to the event:

1. Individually add an athlete
2. Add many players at once by copying and pasting from a spreadsheet
3. Upload a .csv file

How to Individually add an athlete to an evaluation event:

1. Click The "Pencil" icon next to the evaluation event 
2. Scroll down to the "Add Players" section and click "Add an Individual Player"
3. Add the player's first & last name (required)
4. Add the player's or parent/guardian's email (recommended)
5. Add player's graduation year, jersey number, positions, etc. (recommended)
6. Click "SAVE + > MANAGE"

How to Copy and paste from a spreadsheet:

1. Click The "Pencil" icon next to the evaluation event 
2. Scroll down to the "Add Players" section and click “Add Many Players At Once”
3. From the dropdown, you'll see the textbox “copy and paste from Excel”
4. Ensure the player's first & last name are listed (required to upload the file)
5. Add the player's or parent/guardian's email if available
6. Make sure the columns match up with the "Available fields to Upload" table
7. Click “Submit Excel Data”
8. Ensure any columns with data you want to upload are matched correctly and no format errors in red exist
9. Click “Preview & Validate Upload”
10. Click “Confirm Upload”

How to Upload a CSV file:

1. 1. Click The "Pencil" icon next to the evaluation event 
   2. Scroll down to the "Add Players" section and click “Add Many Players At Once”
   3. Click "BROWSE" to upload your .csv file
   4. Make sure the columns match up with the "Available fields to Upload" table
   5. Click "UPLOAD .CSV FILE"
   6. Ensure any columns with data you want to upload are matched correctly and no format errors in red exist
   7. Click “Preview & Validate Upload”
   8. Click “Confirm Upload”
