Student-athletes are able to upload unlimited amounts of video on their profile. If you are getting error messages or having trouble uploading video, we have broken down some of the issues you might be running into and quick fixes for these problems. We are huge believers in video and want to make sure that getting video on your profile is as easy as possible.
The upload got interrupted.
This may have been due to a poor internet connection or hitting save too soon. In this case, just be sure you have a reliable connection and try to upload the video again.
If you navigate away from the page before the video begins to transcode, the video will not upload properly.
Be sure to wait until the video is in the transcoding phase before navigating away from the video screen.
Have video from Youtube, Vimeo, Hudl or Krossover?
Rather than uploading a file, you can embed it onto your profile by simply copying & pasting the video URL.
Have a file over 25GB?
Files on your computer that are larger than 25 GB cannot be uploaded. You will have to compress it down to a smaller size. Compress the file using clipchamp.com or MPEG streamclip.
Your video file may not be compatible with our uploading system.

If you are using a Window's computer, there may be a defect in your Window's Software.
A cleanup of any possible errors or viruses may be necessary.
If you are using Internet Explorer.
Microsoft is no longer updating Internet Explorer, so many sites that you may use on a daily basis are no longer compatible with this outdated software. Try uploading your video using Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
If you are still having issues with uploading your video, please reach out to our team at email@example.com.
SportsRecruits College Recruiting Video Offerings
Having high-quality video to send to college coaches to evaluate you in the college recruiting process is now a "need to have" rather than a "nice to have." Whether student-athletes create their own highlight video or skills video or have it built professionally, high school student-athletes who are pursuing a college sport should make sure they have video to send to college coaches.
The SportsRecruits professional editing team offers services to create highlight reels and skills videos. The first step in this process is to buy a highlight reel credit. Refer to the article Steps to Build My Highlight Reel to learn more about how our process works.
