Once your club is integrated with SportsRecruits, we recommend you officially introduce the platform to the players and families via email or in person. SportsRecruits will send each of your players a welcome email containing an activation link to set up their profiles. This email will be delivered to the player’s email address. Players should check their emails and activate their profile as soon as possible. Sometimes this welcome email will get caught in a player’s spam folder.
Upon integrating, your SportsRecruits Customer Success Manager will provide you an administrative on-boarding link document. The same activation link we send each player in the welcome email is in this document. This link will allow the respective player to set or re-set their passwords at any time.
If a player is having trouble on-boarding, you can refer to the on-boarding document and provide them their link or invite them to submit a ticket to our help desk, call (212-414-8417) or use the live chat feature on their profile!
