If you are trying to add an event to your profile, and are not able to click the "Save to Profile" button, there is a simple fix.
When trying to add events to your profile, it is important that you type out the date in a specific format. Otherwise, our system is unable to recognize it. It will not allow you to add the event until it is able to recognize the date.
After entering the name of the event, type out the start date in the following format: MM/DD/YYYY. Both the month and day must have 2 digits, and the year must have 4. For example, if the date of the event is January 9, 2018 and you enter it as 1/9/18, the system will not recognize it. If you instead type 01/09/2018, this will fix the problem.
